With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Marlene Yvonne McKinney of Eubank, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 7, 2026 at the age of 72. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Lee and Beatrice Ebbie Hess (Dagnan); and her siblings, Mikey Hess and Marina Webster. She is survived by: her husband Denver McKinney; her children, Marty Ray McKinney (Tammy Maybrier) and Myla Sweet (Craig); her siblings, Mark Hess (Valerie) and Melissa Smith (Glenn); her grandchildren, Whitney Haste, Chelsea Sweet, Cailee Sweet, Cassidy Sweet, Caleb McKinney and Robert McKinney; her great grandchildren, Braxton Haste, Silas Wilson, Liam Enos and Kolter Wilson; and her sister-in-law Wanda Hess. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends and family.
