He is survived by: his children, Jeff Spencer (Donna), Robert Spencer (Heather Rosenberger), Ernest Spencer (Kim Cress), Frances Mitchell (Delbert) and Michelle Coffey (Steve); his grandchildren, Belinda, Robbie, LeeAnne, Kendra, Natalie of Tiffany, D. J., Kelli, Courtney, Spencer, Sonia, Mykal, Lacey and Macey; his great grandchildren, Mikel, Braeden, Jaycee, Parker, Morgan, Zander, Braxton, Chloe, Jaxon, Ellie, Emily, Zack, Dalton, Micah, Asher, Brayden, Kohen, Jacob and Andrew; and his siblings-in-law, Verlin Cress and Ilene Morgan. He is also survived by three great-great-grandchildren.
