He is survived by: his sons, Thomas G. Dick (Sue Ann) of Berea, KY and Gerald Dick (Ruby Todd) of Eubank, KY; his brother Orville Dewey Dick (Diane Wilson) of Middletown; his grandchildren, Galica Nicole Johnson, Kevin Grant Dick and Kristian Leann Hopkins; and his great grandchildren, Nash, Myra, Brock, Taya Hopkins, Earl Grant Johnson, Preston Cole Johnson and Myles Grant Dick.
