She is survived by: her child Frankie Woodall (Nancy) of Somerset, KY; her grandchildren, Stella Rutheford (Norman) of Eubank, KY, Jason Woodall of Somerset and Rachel Wagers (Rocky) of London, KY; her stepgrandson Brandon Rutheford (Aleshia) of Woodstock, KY; her great grandchild Tiras Wagers of London, KY; her brothers, Howard Smiley (Elsier) of Somerset and Clesphy Smiley of Cadiz, KY; her sister-in-law Wilreatha Shelton of Somerset, KY; and her siblings, Carlis Smiley, Mildred Mounce, Garold Smiley and Verna Bullock. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and a host of friends and other family members.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Pulaski Funeral Home (165 KY-2227, Somerset, KY 42503).
