He was predeceased by: his parents, John Blevins and Berthie Burkhart Blevins; and his children, Curtis Blevins, Homer Blevins Jr. and Robin Blevins.
He is survived by: his daughter Candace Napier; and his grandchildren, Rachel Wynn and Angel Doan. He is also survived by 11 Great Grandchildren and 2 Great Great Grandchildren; Several Nieces and Nephews.
