She is survived by: her husband Paul Ray Rigney of Pennington Gap, VA; her mother Claudette Kirby of Charlotte, MI; and her sister Ciara Hancock of Detroit, MI. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and a host of aunts, uncles, other family and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 26th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Turner Missionary Baptist Church (649 State Hwy 1601, Evarts, KY 40828).
