She is survived by: her children, Meaghan Evans of Bristol, TN, Tessa Evans (Harlan) and Jared Gilbert; her sister Vickie Middleton; her stepsiblings, Brenda Stallard (Nathan) of Harrogate, TN, Judy McCreary (Butch) of Harrogate and Lawrence Gilbert, Jr. (Vickie) of Columbus, OH; her niece Sarah Evans (Linda); her siblings-in-law, Roy Evans (Barbara), David Evans (Debbie), Robert Evans (Melissa), Linda Parker, Joyce Kirby, Sharon Shepherd (Robert) and Ellen Evans; and her close friends, Larry May and Judy Smith.
