He was predeceased by: his mother Betty Lou Thomas Wynn; his stepbrothers, Charlie and Willie Wynn; and his stepfather Emera Wynn. He is survived by: his wife Deloris Smith of Evarts; his son Robert Hector Smith (Brianna) of Evarts; his stepdaughter Kellie Nicole Clark (Kenneth) of Evarts; his sister Helen Guffery of Ohio; his grandchildren, Aubrey Smith, Kindal Smith, Hayden Maggard and Madison Carmical; his brother-in-law Harvey Napier of Verda, KY; and his close friends, John Paul Madden, Timothy Wynn and Gary Cochran. He is also survived by extended family members and many friends.
