He is survived by: his wife Mary Florence Jolly; his daughter Rebecca Perkins (James) of Nicholas County; his brothers, Robert Jolly of Nicholas County and Harvey Jolly of Pendleton County; his grandchildren, Dustin Jolly, James Perkins Jr., Jayden Perkins and Maelee Perkins; and his great grandchildren, Levi Perkins, Oakley Perkins, Laikyn Perkins and Kendyl Curtis. He is also survived by several other relatives and friends.
