She is survived by: her mother Nicole Adkins Worthington (Chris); her stepparents, Chris and Regina; her fiancé Joe Adams; her fiancé's child Jameson; her siblings, Cody Adkins, Dylan Goodpaster and Peyton Worthington; her grandparents, Roger, Judy Adkins and Vickie Williams; and her stepgrandmother Christina Goodpaster. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, extended family members and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 28th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Boone-Nickell (150 W Water St, Flemingsburg, KY 41041). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Boone-Nickell Funeral Home (150 W Water St, Flemingsburg, KY 41041).
