She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett "Hamp" McCord and Wilma Ritchie McCord; her former husband Robert Douglas Duncan; her sister Janet Lynn McCord; and her grandson Nathan Gilkerson.
She is survived by: her husband Alvin Hunt; her children, Chuckie Hunt (Mary) of Ewing, James Duncan of Ewing, Jeff Duncan of Morehead, Kentucky, Melinda Peck of Elizaville, Peggy Gilkerson (Chris) of Carlisle and Julie Shannon of Ewing, Kentucky; and her brothers, Gary Lane McCord (Bobbie Jean) of Cowan and Phillip McCord (Tara) of Fairview, Kentucky. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and sixteen grandchildren, five nephews and two nieces; also several other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Price Brothers Funeral Home (5197 Elizaville Rd, Ewing, KY 41039). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
