She was predeceased by: her brother David Franklin. She is survived by: her parents, Arthur Tumey (Tumey) and Alice B. Hartley Tumey; and her siblings, Geneva Helphenstine (Estill), Barry Tumey (Vicki) and William "Bob" Tumey. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
