He is survived by: his son Billy Joe Kemplin (Lisa) of Ezel, KY; his grandchildren, Jeffery Blake Whitt (Israel) of Salt Lick, KY, Tristan Scott Kemplin of Ezel, KY and Tianna Sky Kemplin of Ezel, KY; his great grandchild Lydia Rochelle Whitt; and his siblings, Mark Kemplin (JoAnn) of Kellacey, KY, Chester Kemplin (Kate) of Ezel, KY, Linda Kaye Kemplin of West Liberty, Ruth Kemplin of Ezel, KY and Brenda Jo Kemplin of West Liberty, KY. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and great nieces & great nephews.
