He was predeceased by : his parents, John Estil Roberson and Kathleen Swain Roberson; his son Kyle Dudley; his granddaughter Mariah Dudley; and his siblings, Gary Roberson, Terry Roberson and Sherry Lynn Roberson.

He is survived by : his wife Vicky Lynn Wertz Roberson; his children, Jay Dudley (Julie) of Sunman, Indiana, Kathy Disbro (Greg) of Manchester and Frankie Harrison (Roggie) of Sunman, Indiana; his brother Scott Roberson (Theresa) of Hamilton, Ohio; and his grandchildren, Krystal Peetz, Tia Gray, Randy Gray, Matt Disbro, Colt Disbro, D. J. Disbro, Johni Caylor, Kirsten Harrison, Roggie Kyle Harrison, Aaron Harrison, Sean Harrison, Becca Dudley, Alex Dudley, Kate Dudley and Kyleigh Dudley. He is also survived by several great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
