He was predeceased by: his parents, James Manning and Betty Rudd Manning. He is survived by: his daughter Freedom; his son-in-law Jan Puetthoff of Mt. Sterling, KY; his grandsons, Trinity Bressler and Jacob Boggs; and his great grandchild Ace Bressler. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and special friends.
