He is survived by: his wife Keni Ann Halsey Spradling; his children, Kimberly Lewis (Tom Lewis), Karen Lee Hankins (Stan Hankins) and Michael Louis Spradling (LeAnn Spradling); his granddaughters, Micki Shea Blankenship (Joseph Blankenship) and Annie Burns Clark (Casey Clark); and his sister Bobe Petzoldt.
