With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Vernell Nipper of Ezel, Kentucky, born in Salyersville, Kentucky, who passed away on September 12, 2023 at the age of 87. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Vernell Nipper to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Sam Howard and Dolly Risner Howard (Dorman Nipper); her son Gigger Nipper; and her granddaughter Karry Jones. She is survived by : her children, Nellie (Sam Shelton), Janie (David Bowman), Ann (Curt Mayabb) and David (Amanda Nipper). She is also survived by grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.
