She is survived by: her children, Joseph Smith (Teresa) and Kristina Smith (Missy); her siblings, Joanne McKinney (Gary), David Blain (Karen) and Michael Blain (Ed); her grandchildren, Tori, Emalee, Elena, Joseph and Archie; and her nieces and nephews, Brittany Blain, Nicole Mills, David Blain and Billy Mills.
