She is survived by: her parents, John Norris and Judy Norris; her husband Kevin Bartlett; her daughters, Becky Lee Newton (Larry) and Victoria Danielle Bartlett; her grandchildren, Jennifer Newton (Jason Brown), Savannah Newton, Brooklyn Johnson (Jayden Tarter), Hailey Avis, Ayden Bartlett and Chaslynn Jimenez; her great grandchildren, Hudson Newton and Malayah Tarter; her siblings, John Norris (Tina), Eric Norris (Stephanie), Caryn Petross (Don), Rob Wheeler (Terrie) and Toni Shackleford (Billy); her nieces and nephews, Madison Norris, Ian Norris, Brittany Norris, Dustin Norris, Kristen Logsdon and Ezra Singleton; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Oakland Orem, Salem Norris and Kobe Norris; and her close friend Teresa Cissell.
