She was predeceased by: her parents, John Jeffries and Deborah Jeffries (Dismang). She is survived by: her partner Leslie Mendez; her children, Tabitha Hoffman (Roger), Christian and Cameron Mendez; her granddaughters, Anastasia and Alexandria Hoffman; and her brothers, Justin Wathen and Eric Jeffries.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY 40272). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (10304 Dixie Highway, Louisville, KY 40272).
