He is survived by : his parents, April Mattingly and Cody Johnson; his grandparents, Denise Gibson (Rick), Hershel Lucas, Shelia Settles and Joseph Sallee; his great-grandparent June; his aunts and uncles, Delbert Mattingly, Beth Settles, Robert Mattingly, Brittany Cahill, Travis Mattingly, Dia Clarkson, Tanika Clarkson, Tara Johnson, Trenessa Lucas and Tori Sallee; and his cousins, Morgan McGuire (Mike), Clayton Cahill, Kaleb Johnson, Kayden Cox, Kevin Johnson, Keyston Clarkson, Courtney Faye and Jesse Mattingly.
