She was predeceased by: her husband Gregory Crutcher; her parents, Howard Jo Young and Rose McMakin; her son Dwayne L. Crutcher; her stepson Kim Wright; and her brother Roy McMakin.
She is survived by: her children, Greg Crutcher (Tara) of Bardstown and Georgena Crutcher of Fairfield; her grandchildren, Caitlin Crutcher, Alex Crutcher, Jayden Crutcher, Aliyah Crutcher, Brianna Crutcher, Tori Wright and Kim Wright; her siblings, Donetta Slaughter and Tim McMakin; and her daughter-in-law Christin Crutcher. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
