She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Reynolds Welch and Lola Bell Shanklin Welch; her former husband Earl E. Gibson; and her husband James F. Jarrard. She is survived by: her children, James Gibson of Fairview, Charles Gibson of Fairview, Brenda Settle of Clifty, Joyce Hall of Elkton, Barbara Hill of Fairview and Donna Sisk of Fairview. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Latham Funeral Home (413 E Main St, Elkton, KY 42220). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
