He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee and Willie John Shanks Cook. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Cook; his children, Rebecca Smith (Daniel), Amanda Sneed (Brad), Joseph Cook (Jessica) and Stephanie (Tommie); his grandchildren, Daniel (Rhonda), Kollin (Kayla), Bradley (Ciara), Kelsey (Tyler), Kaleb, Summer, Ashton, Alex, Ashlee and Abigail; his great grandchildren, Olivia (Talan), Seth, Hazel, Mia of Katrina, UJ and Baby Sneed; and his brothers, James Cook and Paul Cook.
