He is survived by : his parents, Jim Hamilton and Alta Craddock Hamilton of Falmouth, KY; his wife Michele Fredrick Hamilton; his son Drew Hamilton (Catherine) of Louisville, KY; his grandchildren, Ellie, Abe and Benny Hamilton; and his siblings, Tonda Kavanaugh (Steve) of Falmouth, KY, Tami Tipton of Falmouth, KY and Trent Hamilton of Butler, KY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and a host of extended family and friends.
