He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Lucas (Mildred) and Dionne Spurr Latham; and his siblings, Richard Latham, Frank Lucas and Lisa Parrot.
He is survived by: his wife Dolores Lucas; his children, Chris Lucas (Melissa), John Lucas (Stephanie) and Jaci Lucas Price (Bob); and his siblings, Joseph Lucas, Deborah Heringer and Susan Lucas. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made out to Peoples Funeral Home to offset funeral cost.
