He was predeceased by: his parents, Oshel Sr. Casto and Charlotte Moore Casto; and his sister Karen Wolke. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Colvin Casto; his children, Oshel Casto III (Shannon Rackley), James David Casto, Kathy Legg (Kourtney) and Shannon Hartke; his grandchildren, Sierra Duncan, Jeffery Duncan, Gabe Duncan, Skyler Casto, Logan Casto, Emma Casto and Savanah Hartke; and his great grandchildren, Everleigh Kavanaugh, Fraya, Odessa McKee, Azaria Duncan and Kohen Duncan.
