She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Hamilton and Hazel Hamilton (Butts); her husband Bernard Snip Owens; her daughter Leeanna Jo; and her siblings, Clyde Jr., Dickie, Lawrence, Robert, Jean and Gail.

She is survived by: her pet Scooby; her children, Drusilla Tinnell (Jackie) of Bardstown Ky and Bernie Owens (April) of Falmouth Ky; her brother Frank Hamilton of Williamstown; her grandchildren, Shawn Bruin, Priscilla Reynolds (Richard), Tori Moreland (Palmer), Austin Tinnell, Jacqueline Owens, Abby Arkenau (Ethan) and Jenna Tinnell; and her children, Carson, Juniper and Haven.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Hospice of Hope Maysville.
