He is survived by: his wife Sheila Justice; his children, Ricky Justice Jr. (Shelley), Joshua Buckler (Beth), Jimmy Justice (Jennifer), Tiffany Justice and Lisa Barbour (Mike); and his grandchildren, Christopher, Anthony, Timmy, Cory, Tyler Justice, Jayden McCarty, Charlie Barbour and Evangeline Buckler. He is also survived by great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Peoples Funeral Home-Falmouth (407 W Shelby St, Falmouth, KY 41040). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
