She was predeceased by : her parents, Hubert Luther Slaven and Dorothy Baute Slaven; her husband Dennis Eddie Keen; her son Dennis Keen, Jr.; her granddaughter Alexandria Keen; and her siblings, Wanda, Rob and Jerry.

She is survived by : her daughters, Lila Sue Huff, Kelly of Florence, KY and Tita Ann Rogers (Jimmy); and her siblings, Charles Slaven (Anna), Mitchel Slaven (Shelley) and Kay Woody of Campbellsville, KY. She is also survived by grandchildren & 18 treasured great grandchildren.
