She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Freeze and Freida Freeze; and her sister Susan Youngblood. She is survived by: her children, Rick Freeze, Kim Freeze, Logan Forgey and Kaylie Stephens; her grandchildren, Dylan, Kloie, Hannah, Jaxon, Kaydesen, Hazely and Lynlee; and her siblings, Lori Gilbert, Cheryl Helton, Mark Freeze, Sarah Freeze and Tony Freeze.
