She is survived by: her daughter Nancy Cates (Larry) of Fancy Farm, KY; her brother Ray Hendon of Sedalia, KY; her granddaughters, Amber Cunningham (Eddie) and Lauren Teasley (Jacob); and her great grandchildren, Isiah and Titus Cunningham.
