He was predeceased by: his parents, Gurdon Foster and Dorothy Foster (Lee). He is survived by: his wife Carol Foster (Leffler); his children, Jessica Blandford (Jeremy) and Douglas Foster; his grandsons, Caden, Matthew and Anthony; and his siblings, Sandy Lampkin (Mike), Robert Foster and Terry Dearmond.
