Paul Mattingly; her son Paul Douglas Mattingly; her parents, Truman Cornish and Nellie Cornish; her siblings, Carlton, Charles Cornish, Nadean Bell, Gwendolyn Shely and Florence Barnett; and her siblings-in-law, Ann Cornish, Doris Ellen Cornish, Margaret Cornish, Bernard Bell, Leon Shely and Linual Barnett.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sylvia Mattingly and Christy Bell (Timothy); her grandchildren, Kenny Brown (Deonna), Paul Brown (Tory), Joey Brown (Destiny) and Jessie Sipes; and her brother Larry Cornish. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
