She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Kovach and Gladys Kovach; her husband William Gerald "Jerry" Slayton, Jr.; her siblings, Daisy Yvonne Lambert and Roy Kovach, Jr.; and her parents-in-law, William Gerald "Bill" and Elizabeth Jean Slayton.
She is survived by: her children, Amanda Dieruf (Eddie), Stephanie Mink (Lewis) and William Gerald "Trae" Slayton, III; her grandsons, Ryan, Ethan Lasley, Dylan and Logan Mink; and her siblings, David Kovach, Jeri Tabor (Phillip), Susan Kovach and Michael Kovach. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
