He was predeceased by: his parents, Matthew Vowels and Bertha Vowels; and his siblings, Nolan Vowels, Wayne Vowels, Freddie Vowels and Susan Haven.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Vowels; his children, Kendra Vowels, Stacey Smith (Craig), Max Vowels (Carissa), Jarrad Vowels (Cindy) and Brett Vowels; his grandchildren, Katey (Tony Fleenor), Jacob (Kelli Lee), Kaylee, Kenzie, Grace, Lily and Mason; his great grandchildren, Landyn, Charli, Easton and Jensyn; and his sister Diane Lancaster.
