He is survived by: his children, Georgia Marie Vargas (Mark), Deloris Messer and Bobby Messer (Bridgett); his sister Gladys Messer; and his grandchildren, Mark Messer (Kimberly), Robert Vargas (Ieshia), Jeffery Vargas (Ashley), Johnathan Messer (Tessa), Amanda Messer, Ricky Pletcher (Autumn), Jacklyn Bishop (Justice) and Brandon Pletcher (Knesia). He is also survived by great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
