Sterling; his granddaughter Wendi Paige Hammons (Jaxon); his brothers, Kenneth Messer and Glenn Messer (Gertrude); and his cousin Charlotte Robinson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
