He is survived by: his parent Sharon Rackley (Charles Merida) of Barbourville; his siblings, E. J. Marlow (Dianna) of Rockholds, Gerald Duggan Smith (Adam) of Artemus, Tracy Bertram (Desiree) of Oneida, TN and Carissa Crawford (C. J.) of Woodbine; and his siblings' children, Trinity Marlow, Riley Marlow, Brantley Marlow, Grady Marlow, Easton Crawford, Norah Mack and Kadence Bertram.
