We are sad to announce that on May 31, 2025, at the age of 66, Tipp Darrell Mills of Flat Lick, Kentucky, born in Pineville, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Tipp Darrell departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Tipp Darrell. Though Tipp Darrell may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John D. Mills and Juanita Hobbs Mills; and his siblings, Cora Mae Asher, Norma Ledington, Sharon Chance, Meriam Knuckles, Donald D. Mills, John Stanley Mills and Dennis George Mills.
He is survived by: his sister Peggy Langley (Jim) of Flat Lick. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Hopper Funeral Home (302 N Broadway, Barbourville, KY 40906). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 3:15 PM at the A. J. Gray Cemetery.
