She was predeceased by : her parents, Roger Sizemore and Carol Howell Sizemore. She is survived by : her husband Daniel Applewhite; her children, Paul Frisby of Flatwoods, Trevor Frisby of Wilming, Tori Randoph of Ashland and Astrid Applewhite of Flatwoods, Kentucky; and her siblings, Sean Sizemore of Flatwoods and Wendy Mauk of Dunbar. She is also survived by three grandchildren.
