We are sad to announce that on April 9, 2023, at the age of 74, Barbara Withrow of Flatwoods, Kentucky, born in Paintsville, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Eugene Howard and Eula Christine Long Stambaugh. She is survived by : her husband Samuel Allen Withrow; her brothers, Larry Stambaugh and Howard Allen Stambaugh; her sons, Christopher Allen Withrow (Pamela) of Hermitage, TN and Aaron Withrow (Cathy) of Flatwoods, KY; her grandchildren, Laura Frisby (Paul) of Flatwoods and Joshua Brandon Withrow (Sarah) of Louisville; her great grandchild Astrid Applewhite; her brothers, Michael Stambaugh of Indiana and Mitchell Stambaugh of Paintsville KY; and also Ms. Virginia Withrow and her fiancé Scott Harris.
