She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Baker and Katherine Bush Baker. She is survived by: her husband John Carl Ramey; her daughter Carla Rachel Borchers (Anthony) of Orlando, FL; her granddaughters, Chloe Ramey Borchers and Naomi Baker Borchers; and her brother Donald Raymond Baker of Portsmouth, OH.
The family has requested that in Lieu of flowers donations be made to Community Hospice 1480 Carter Avenue, Ashland KY, 41101 or the activity budget at Trinity Station Retirement Community 2121 Argillite Road, Flatwoods KY, 41139.
