He is survived by: his parents, Cliff Carroll and Mamie Butler Carroll; and his close friends, Paula, Carole, Robin, Rosa, Mark and Tal. He is also survived by other family members and special friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Carman Funeral Home (2301 Argillite Rd, Flatwoods, KY 41139). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to be made to the Community Hospice Care Center of Ashland, Kentucky.
