She was predeceased by: her father Thomas Leroy Price. She is survived by: her mother Dixie Marie; her children, Gary W. Stevens II and Lori Stevens; her granddaughters, Brittany Haehlen (Josh) and Anna Tackett; her great grandchildren, Evelyn Haehlen, Violet Haehlen and Oliver Haehlen; her sister Donna Tackett; and her husband Gary W. Stevens.
Visitation was held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Carman Funeral Home (2301 Argillite Rd, Flatwoods, KY 41139). A graveside service was held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Bellefonte Memorial Gardens (700 Red Devil Ln, Russell, KY 41169).
