She was predeceased by: her parents, James L. Payne and Ida M. Payne (Gibson); her husband Samuel L. Smith; and her daughter Samantha Breann Smith. She is survived by: her children, Samuel "Sammy" L. Smith II (Breanna) of Flatwoods, KY, Kacie Nicole Mullins (Elijah) of Ashland, KY and Jordan Leigh Williams (Dustin) of Flatwoods, KY; her siblings, Scott Miller, Kevin Miller, Angie Dixon and Teresa Miller; her grandchildren, Landon, Ryker, Gwen, Peyton, Blake, Easton, Emmy, Lily and Audrey; and her sister Brenda Fields (Philip) of Russell. She is also survived by other family members and friends.
