He is survived by: his wife Helen Ruth Skaggs Williams of Flatwoods, KY; his children, Brian Marshall Williams of Flatwoods, KY and Patricia Lynn Williams Pauley of Flatwoods, KY; his grandchildren, Steven Michael Pauley (Lynette) and Brittany Ann Pauley; and his brother Larry Williams (Phoebe) of Flatwoods, KY. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
