She was predeceased by : her father Carl Tackett; and her brother Stanley Tackett. She is survived by : her husband William "Bill" McWhorter; her sons, Will McWhorter (Rayna) and John McWhorter (Jessica); her grandchildren, Isaiah, Elle, Aubrey and Emory; and her brothers, Allen Tackett (Sarah), Wayne Tackett (Brenda), Randy Tackett (Brenda) and Ronnie Tackett (Mary).
