She was predeceased by : her father Amos Cordle; her husband Ralph Stevens; and her siblings, James, Cecil, Paul, Matthew, Jess, Moses, Lesley, Eugene, Verley Cordle, Hattie Harrel, Perley Algeo and Callie Gire.

She is survived by : her daughter Dorothy "Dottie" Browning (Ronald). She is also survived by one grandchild, three great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
