He is survived by : his wife Mary Lou Baber Tolliver; his daughter Angie Bates of Russell, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Tracy, Jessica, Jimmy, Whitney and Kayla; his great grandchildren, Zachary, Madison, Joey, Jeremiah, Noah of Jaydon, J. R, Matthew, Emily, Sophia, Paisleigh, Baylee and Jake; and his great great grandchildren, Asher and Lucas.
